No, we do not offer Zank You Gift Cards for sale online. Currently, Zank You Gift Cards can only be purchased at a participating Zankou Chicken location. For a list of participating Zankou Chicken locations, click here.

Can Zank You Gift Cards be purchased over the telephone?

Can my Zank You Gift Card be registered?

Yes, registration of your Zank You Gift Card is available. It is recommended that Members register their Zank You Gift Card immediately after purchase to enjoy the full benefits and protection associated with the Zankou Chicken Gift Card program. To register your Zank You Gift Card, visit www.zankouchicken.com/zankyoucard.

How do I register my Zank You Gift Card?

Members can register their Zank You Gift Card by visiting www.zankouchicken.com/zankyoucard. You will be required to enter your name, email address, password, postal code, birth month and day. Once registration information is submitted, Members will receive an email with instructions on completing the registration process.

What am I required to provide in order to register my Zank You Gift Card?

When you register your Zank You Gift Card, you will be required to provide your name, email address, password, postal code, birth month and day. Once registration information is submitted, Members will receive an email with instructions on completing the registration process, which includes providing the Zank You Gift Card 19-digit number and 8-digit registration code (PIN), which are located on the back of the card. Please note that the use of the 8-digit PIN is for the initial registration process only. Once you have successfully created an account, you will use the password you created in order to further access your account.

Am I required to provide my email address when registering?

Yes, Members cannot complete the registration process unless a valid email address is provided.

Is registration of my Zank You Gift Card required?

No, registration of your Zank You Gift Card is not required. However, it is highly recommended that Members register their Zank You Gift Card immediately after purchase to enjoy the full benefits and protection associated with the Zank You Gift Program, which include, but are not limited to:

  1. Track account activity, including purchases and redemptions;
  2. Check account balances;
  3. Report a lost, stolen or damaged card;
  4. Transfer existing balances to a new Zank You Gift Card;
  5. Allow a Zankou Chicken Team Member to access your account by using your registered email address;
  6. Allow Members to opt-out of receiving special offers and promotions by email.

Can I opt-out of special promotions and offers by email?

Yes, Members can choose to opt-out from receiving emails concerning special offers and promotions. Members can opt-out by unchecking the “Yes, I would like to receive special offers and promotions via email” option during initial registration, or later by accessing your account settings and changing your preferences.

What happens if I don’t have my card when I visit?

At Zankou Chicken, protection of your information and Zank You Gift Card balances are of our utmost concern. As a result, Members must present their Zank You Gift Card to a Zankou Chicken Team Member at the time of ordering. Members cannot purchase qualified items using an existing Zank You Gift Card number or registered email address in lieu of presenting an active Zank You Gift Card.

Who can become a Zank You Gift Card Program Member?

Membership is limited to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older when they enroll in the Zank You Gift Card Program.

Does it cost anything to become a Zank You Gift Card Program Member?

No, there is no charge for becoming a member of the Zank You Gift Card Program.

Can I use my Zank You Gift Card with other discounts and offers?

Zank You Gift Cards may be used toward any eligible purchase of food, beverage and merchandise.

What happens if I lose my Zank You Gift Card?

If you have registered your Zank You Gift Card in advance, or have an original register receipt of your Zank You Gift Card purchase or reload, and your card becomes lost, stolen or damaged, a replacement card may be issued to you with your current balance reinstated.

If a replacement card is necessary, and you have registered your Zank You Gift Card in advance, please contact us at zankyou@zankouchicken.com to report your card lost, stolen or damaged. Please provide us with the email address used to register the card, and the last 6-digits of your Zank You Gift Card, if available. Once the information has been reviewed, and you are eligible for a replacement card, a Zankou Chicken Team Member will notify you via email within 72 hours of next steps.

If a replacement card is necessary, and you have not registered your gift card in advance, please email us at zankyou@zankouchicken.com. Please provide us with the last 6-digits of your card, which can be found on any original register receipt from either a gift card purchase, reload or redemption. A Zankou Chicken Team Member will notify you via email within 72 hour of next steps.

It is important to note that Zankou Chicken cannot guarantee the replacement and balance reinstatement of any gift card that is lost, stolen or damaged, and which has not been registered in advance. However, Zankou Chicken will make every effort to provide our customers with replacement cards and current balance reinstatements once the last 6-digits of the gift card have been provided and balances verified. Zankou Chicken is not responsible for unauthorized use of your Zank You Gift Card, voluntary or otherwise.

Will my Zank You Gift Card expire?

No, your Zank You Gift Card value does not expire and has no activation fee. However, cards that are inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may become deactivated. In addition, Members not in good standing may have their Zank You Gift Card revoked or suspended at the sole discretion of Zankou Chicken.

Can I purchase additional Zank You Gift Cards with an existing Gift Card?

No, Zank You Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Zank You Gift Cards.

Is there a minimum amount required in order to purchase a Zank You Gift Card?

Yes, Zank You Gift Cards require a minimum purchase amount of $5.00. This minimum amount applies to the purchase of new gift cards, or the reloading of existing gift cards.

Who should I contact if I have problems with my Zank You Gift Card Registration?

For Zank You Gift Card web registration issues, please email us at zankyou@zankouchicken.com. A Zankou Chicken Team Member will notify you via email within 72 hours of next steps.

Where can I find my Zank You Gift Card number and registration code (PIN)?

The Zank You Gift Card number and the registration code (PIN) can be found on the back of your Zank You Gift Card. The card number is the 19-digit number, located in the upper-left of the card, while the registration code (PIN) is the 8-digit number, located in the upper-right of the card.

After I register my Zank You card, what do you do with my information?

Zankou Chicken will use this information to send you special offers and promotions that we feel will be of interest to you. We will also use this information to send you any updates or changes to the Zank You Gift Card Program. By providing your registration information, it allows Zankou Chicken Team Members access to your account should you require assistance with registration or a replacement card. Please note that, at Zankou Chicken, we value your information. As a result, we will never sell or share your information to any third party.

Can I use my Zank You Gift Card at all Zankou Chicken locations?

Zank You Gift Cards are valid only at participating Zankou Chicken locations. You can check with the restaurant you plan on visiting, or you can view a list of participating restaurants here.

Does Zankou Chicken share or sell my information with Third Parties?

No, Zankou Chicken will never sell or share your information to any third parties. Zankou Chicken may, however, use the information you provided upon registration to send you special offers and promotions that we feel will be of interest to you.

Can I cash out the value of my Zank You Gift Card?

Yes, Zank You Gift Card balances of $9.99 or less may be cashed-out at the request of the Member. Any Zank You Gift Card balances above $10.00 are not eligible for cash-out, for any amount, unless dictated by applicable state law.

Is there a fee to replace a lost, stolen or damaged Zank You Gift Card?

No, Zankou Chicken does not charge Members a replacement fee for lost, stolen or damaged Zank You Gift Cards.

Are the purchases or reloads of Zank You Gift Cards refundable?

No, all sales of Zank You Gift Cards, or reloads of existing Zank You Gift Cards, are final.

What if the value of my purchase is greater than the value on my Zank You Gift Card?

If the value of your purchase is greater than the value of your Zank You Gift Card balance, please advise your Zankou Chicken Team Member when ordering. Zankou Chicken may complete a split tender transaction by charging your Zank You Gift Card the available balance. The remaining balance of your transaction will require an additional form of payment, either cash or credit.

What if I return my purchase of an item purchased with my Zank You Gift Card? Can I be reimbursed with another form of payment?

No, if you return an item purchased using a Zank You Gift Card, reimbursement for those items will be added back to the balance of your Zank You Gift Card. You may not be given cash in return, or use any alternative form of tender for your reimbursement.

Can I use my Zank You Gift Card proceeds toward online purchases using 3rd parties?

No, if you place an order on a Third-Party website, such as DoorDash or GrubHub, Members may not use proceeds from their gift card toward the redemption of food, beverages or merchandise. Gift Card purchases, reloads or redemptions may only be transacted at a participating Zankou Chicken location.

ZANK YOU REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ZANK YOU GIFT CARD PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to register for the Zank You Gift Card Program (“Gift Card”) with Zankou Enterprises, Inc. (dba Zankou Chicken) and to access and use the Gift Card Program website (“Site”), you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The Gift Card is only available to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older when they enroll in the Program.
  1. Enrollment: In order to enroll as a “Member” of the Program, you must provide Zankou Chicken with your name, valid email address, password, postal code, birth month and day upon registration of your Gift Card. The email address is required so that Zankou Chicken may send program information, such as changes or periodic updates, as well as promotions and special offers. Please note that Zankou Chicken will not have access to your password and cannot provide current members with the existing password should it become lost or forgotten. If your password is lost or forgotten, Members may request a password reset by visiting our website here (insert zankouchicken.com/zankyoucard).
  1. Registration: Members must register their Gift Card in advance in order to access transaction history, check balances, or transfer cash balances held in an account should your card should become lost, stolen or damaged. If Members register the card after Gift Card redemptions are made, some transactional detail may not be available. If Member does not register their Zank You Gift Card, and the card becomes lost, stolen or damaged, Zankou Chicken does not guarantee the full replacement value of a newly issued card.
  1. Program Guidelines: Members can use Gift Card proceeds to make purchases toward qualifying food, beverage and merchandise at participating Zankou Chicken locations. Purchases of gift cards are exempt from applicable sales tax. However, Gift Card proceeds used toward the redemption of qualifying purchases at participating Zankou Chicken locations will be subject to all applicable sales tax.
  1. Redemption: Gift Cards may be redeemed for food, beverages and qualifying merchandise sold at any participating Zankou Chicken locations. However, Gift Card proceeds may not be redeemed for purchases of additional Gift Cards.
  1. Expiration: Gift Card amounts do not expire. Gift Card balances remain valid on registered cards as long as Member’s account remains active, Member remains in good standing, and Member’s account has not been suspended. If no activity occurs for a period of 12 consecutive months, Member’s account may become inactive.
  1. Sweepstakes, Contests and Other Promotions: The Gift Card Program may offer sweepstakes, contests or other promotions that may have specific rules and terms and conditions. Members are required to read rules and terms and conditions as such, and to agree and accept to be bound by them in order to participate.
  1. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Rewards Card: Report a lost, stolen or damaged Gift Card via email to zankyou@zankouchicken.com.If you have registered your Gift Card in advance, or have an original register receipt of your Gift Card purchase or reload, and your card becomes lost, stolen or damaged, a replacement card may be issued to you with your current balance reinstated.If a replacement card is necessary, and you have registered your Gift Card in advance, please go to our website at www.zankouchicken.com/zankyoucard and report your card lost, stolen or damaged.   1. Gift Card Cash Out: Members may request a Gift Card cash out for any available balances that are less than or equal to $9.99. Any amount above $9.99 will not be cashed out, for any amount, unless dictated by Terms and Conditions as governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
  1. Suspension/Termination of Membership: Zankou Chicken reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend a Member’s membership in the Gift Card Program in the event of any suspected misconduct; including suspending the Member’s ability to redeem Gift Card proceeds. If Zankou Chicken concludes, in its sole discretion, that the Member has engaged in misconduct, or that their account has been compromised, it may terminate the Member’s Gift Card, without notice, including but not limited to, terminating the Member’s ability to redeem Gift Card proceeds and/or other rewards earned in connection with his/her membership in the Gift Card Program.
  1. Modification of Terms and Conditions: Zankou Chicken reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes are effective immediately, and will be posted on the Zankou Chicken website. The Member’s continued enrollment in the Zank You Gift Card Program and/or use of the Site confirms that he/she accepts the changes and agrees to be bound by them.
  1. Termination of Zank You Gift Card Program. Zankou Chicken reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Zank You Gift Card Program at any time. If the Gift Card Program is terminated, Members will no longer have the ability to redeem Zank You Gift Card proceeds, or any other rewards.
  1. Ownership of Site Content: All of the contents of this Site are owned and copyrighted by Zankou Enterprises, Inc. (dba Zankou Chicken), and are protected as intellectual or proprietary property. Use of any of the Site content without prior consent by Zankou Enterprises, Inc. (dba Zankou Chicken) is strictly prohibited.
  1. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer: Members use of the Site is at their own risk. Zankou Chicken is not liable for any direct, indirect, special or other damages or losses that may result from the Member accessing this Site or using information, services or merchandise provided through Zankou Chicken. This Site and the information included on the Site are provided by Zankou Chicken “as is,” without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Zankou Chicken is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or for electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person’s computer related to participating in the Zank You Gift Card Program. (dba Zankou Chicken) from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to the Member’s participation in the Zank You Gift Card Program, or the receipt, use or misuse, of Zank You Gift Cards or any other reward.
  1. Links to Third Party Websites: The Site may contain links to other websites. Zankou Chicken does not have any control over these websites and it is not responsible for their content or security. If a Member clicks on a link to an outside website, he/she does so at his/her own risk and is subject to the privacy policy, and terms and conditions of that website.
  1. Choice of Law:These Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
