The Zankou Chicken in Vernon isn’t a typical restaurant — it’s a delivery-only kitchen built to serve the surrounding community. Opened during the height of the pandemic, it allowed us to reach more neighborhoods across Los Angeles. In many ways, it reflects our roots by preparing freshly made, high-quality Mediterranean dishes for businesses and local LA families.
