After signing up and logging into your Zankou Rewards account on the app, find your free small side reward in the app Inbox. To redeem, start an order on the app or website (make sure you’re logged in), add any small side to your cart, and have a pre-tax subtotal of $10 or more. At checkout, tap “Apply Available Offers” and select “Free Small Side Reward.” If you’re ordering in person, tell the cashier you want to redeem your reward and scan your loyalty code from the “Points” screen in the app. The cashier will apply the offer for you.

In-store: Let the cashier know you’re a Zankou Rewards member and have a reward to use. Scan your loyalty code or provide your phone number to find your account, then pick your reward.

Online: Log into your account on the app or website, and at checkout, click “Apply Available Rewards” to select your reward.

Points are earned only on food items. Gift card purchases do not earn points, but you can use gift cards to pay for food and still earn points on those purchases.

You can earn points and redeem rewards at participating Zankou Chicken locations listed at zankouchicken.com/locations. Online orders must be placed through the official app or website while logged in.

No, but using the app gives you the best experience. You can sign up on our website and order online logged in or provide your phone number at the restaurant to earn points and redeem rewards.

Points usually appear in your account within 24-48 hours after purchase.

No worries! Send a clear photo of your receipt dated within the last 14 days to zankourewards@zankouchicken.com. Our team will review it and add your points within about a week if everything checks out.

Yes, points expire 365 days after they’re earned. Be sure to use them before they expire so you don’t miss out on free food!

No, points can only be earned on in-restaurant or online orders placed directly through the Zankou app or website at participating locations.
