CURRENT For orders under $300, the delivery fee is a flat rate of $30. For larger orders above $300, the delivery fee is 10% of the subtotal

Non-profits can partner with us for a fundraiser, and we’ll give back 20% of the sales generated by their supporters during the event.

Schools, churches, sports teams, and other 501(c)(3) non-profits are eligible to participate.

Simply contact your nearest Zankou Chicken location and our team will contact you within 48 hours to help you organize your event.

Fundraising events last for one full day, giving your supporters plenty of time to participate.

After the event, we will tally the total sales from your supporters, and your organization will receive a check for 20% of the proceeds (pre-tax) within two weeks.

There is no minimum sales requirement, but the more supporters you bring, the greater the donation for your cause!

Yes, we offer complimentary dining and serving ware with all catering orders.

Yes! Many of our Mediterranean dishes are naturally gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan.

After you create a Zankou Rewards account and log into the app, your reward will appear in your Inbox.

To use it:

  1. Start an order in the app or on our website
  2. Add any Small Side to your cart
  3. Make sure your subtotal is $10 or more
  4. At checkout, tap “Apply Available Offers” and select your reward

If you’re ordering in person, just let the cashier know you’d like to use your reward. Then scan your loyalty code from the Points screen in the app — we’ll take care of the rest!

We can serve up to 10,000 people in a single event! For events with more than 500 people, please email catering@zankouchicken.com with all of the details, and we will give your event the extra attention it deserves!

How do I earn points with Zankou Rewards?

Just download the Zankou Chicken app and sign up. You’ll earn 10 points for every $1 you spend—whether you order in-store or online.

  1. In-store: scan your loyalty code at the register
  2. Online: make sure you’re logged into your account when ordering

You can also sign up at order.incentivio.com/c/zankouchicken/signup, but the app gives you the best experience.

We encourage you to hold fundraisers with us at your local Zankou location. We do not donate cash or gift cards/certificates.

When ordering your meal, let the cashier know that you are a Zankou Rewards member and that you have a reward to redeem. Scan your loyalty code when asked or provide your phone number so we can look up your account. Then confirm with the cashier which reward you’d like to use. Below are the rewards that will be available to you and how many points you’ll need to redeem them:

  • Fountain Drink 250 points
  • Small Side 500 points
  • Wrap 1250 points
  • Bowl 1500 points
  • Plate 2000 points
  • Family Meal 3000 points

If you’re ordering online, make sure you’re logged in to the order.incentivio.com/c/zankouchicken website or the Zankou Chicken app (iOS or Android). At checkout, hit the “Apply Available Rewards” button and select which reward you’d like to apply to your online order.

Only food items are eligible for earning points. You cannot earn points when purchasing gift cards. You CAN earn points when making an eligible purchase when using a gift card.

You can earn points and redeem rewards for online and in-restaurant orders only at the Zankou Chicken locations listed on zankouchicken.com/locations. For online orders, you must be logged in on either the Zankou Chicken app (iOS or Android) or from order.incentivio.com/c/zankouchicken.

No, but you’ll get the best experience when you do use our app (iOS or Android). You can always sign up for Zankou Rewards on our website and earn points on online orders when logged in with your account. You can also provide your phone number to the cashier to look up your account and earn points for your in-restaurant orders.

It may take between 24-48 hours for your points to hit your account.

No problem. Just send a photo of your receipt to zankourewards@zankouchicken.com.  Please make sure the details of your receipt are legible in the photo and that the date of the receipt is within the last two weeks (14 days). Our team will review your email and apply points within about a week of your request if it’s valid.

Yes, unfortunately all good things must come to an end. Your points will expire one year (365 days) from when you earned them so make sure you’re cashing in those points for free stuff before you lose them.

You can only earn points on eligible items when ordering in-restaurant at participating locations listed on zankouchicken.com/locations or from the official order.incentivio.com/c/zankouchicken website or Zankou Chicken app.

We do not provide food for resale except for rare occasions that include fundraising with schools or other not-for-profit organizations, mainly local schools. If you are such an organization, please speak to a manager for details.

Yes! Simply speak to one of our managers if you wish to do a fundraiser with us. We can help your non-profit organization raise funds! If you’re a local school or other not- for-profit organization and you want to raise money, please let us know. We can give you up to 20% back on receipts if you hold your function at one of our stores (see manager for details). We’re excited to give back to our community.
