There’s nothing like music, good vibes, and great food coming together — and this year, Zankou Chicken is proud to be part of that perfect mix. We’re bringing our bold, made-from-scratch Mediterranean flavors to one of Los Angeles’ most iconic music festivals: Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival.
Join us November 15–16, 2025, at Dodger Stadium from 12 PM to 11 PM each day, as we serve the festival crowd our most crave-worthy classics — freshly prepared and packed with flavor.
Known for its unbeatable artist lineups and creative atmosphere, Camp Flog Gnaw is where people come together for culture, music, and now… a taste of garlic sauce and shawarma.
What’s on the Festival Menu
We’re keeping things simple, satisfying, and full of flavor:
- Chicken Tarna® Bowl – No-Antibiotic-Ever halal chicken, spit-roasted and hand-sliced over basmati rice with cucumber salad and hummus. Garnished with kalamata olives, feta cheese, and cilantro.
- Tri-Tip Shawerma Bowl – USDA Choice tri-tip, spit-roasted and hand-sliced, served with the same flavorful build as above.
- Falafel Bowl (Vegetarian) – Crispy, golden falafel paired with basmati rice, cucumber salad, and hummus — garnished with kalamata olives, feta cheese, and cilantro.
Guests can choose two sauces to complete their bowl: Garlic Sauce, Harissa, or Tahini. And because no festival meal is complete without something refreshing, don’t miss our Cucumber Mint Lemonade — a fan favorite that pairs perfectly with every bite.
